CRAZY WEATHER

WOW!!! Today has been crazy outside here. Several blizzard like snow squalls have moved through the past couple of hours. Luckily only a trace of snow was left behind so far. I think a cup of tea and a warm afghan are in order along with my crochet project. If thrifting is a pass time of yours be sure and check out my friends blog, Life Full and Frugal. I have been enjoying the numerous mark downs that my store has been doing this year. Even though I have not bought much I just plain enjoy cruising the mark down aisles! My heart longs for spring not just for the warmer weather but also the return of garage sales!! Speaking of spring the seed catalogs are great reading right now. I also can't wait to get my flower gardening started. So crazy weather hurry on through so spring can rear its lovely head!! Until the next time Blessings :)

A NEW DAY

Well I have finally done it! I have set up my own blog and I do hope that I do not bore you too much with the crazy rantings about my life LOL! This morning I worked on another of my hand crocheted handbags that I hope to sell this year at a craft show. My friend Debbie who makes some  very beautiful beaded jewelry  will be joining me in this venture so wish us luck. I am obviously new to this so I do not have any pictures to post but I will be learning that soon. Like my intro says I am a middle ager starting my life over again and oh what an adventure it has been so far! My most important change is that I have renewed my christian faith and was baptised for the first time last April. God has been a great co-pilot in my new makeover with his presence in my life I know that I can do anything. So with that in mind I will so my best to make this blog a place that you will want to come back to visit many , many times.My goal is to share some interesting stories,recipes,craft and gardening ideas and hopefully make a few new friends along the way , so until next time may God richly bless you!
